Pricing
Creating an account, browsing, applying as a seller, and listing items are free. Fees are calculated by the server during checkout and settlement so buyers and sellers see verified amounts before payment or payout.

The seller platform fee is deducted from the seller subtotal on successful orders. It is not added as a buyer surcharge. Seller payout equals item subtotal minus the platform fee, subject to refunds, disputes, or admin review.
5% of each protected seller-order
Protected Checkout adds a buyer protection fee only when escrow protection is selected and available for the cart. Percentage fees are clamped between ₦200.00 and ₦10,000.00 per protected seller-order.
At checkout
The server confirms inventory, delivery, and buyer protection fees before Paystack opens.
During escrow
Buyer payments are held until delivery, inspection, release, or dispute resolution according to the order state.
At payout
Seller payouts are reviewed against order status, ledger records, platform fees, refunds, and account eligibility.
