These terms describe the responsibilities that apply when using Kaide Market as a buyer, seller, guest buyer, or administrator-supported marketplace participant.
Seller obligations
Sellers must complete verification before selling, maintain accurate listings, fulfill orders as described, honor applicable policies, and avoid counterfeit, illegal, or misleading goods and services.
Buyer obligations
Buyers must provide accurate checkout and delivery information, pay through approved checkout flows, inspect orders promptly, and raise disputes with truthful evidence.
Protected checkout
Eligible orders may use escrow protection. Funds are released, refunded, or disputed according to order status, inspection windows, evidence, and admin decisions.
Fees
Seller platform fees and buyer protection fees are calculated during checkout and settlement. Users must not attempt to bypass platform fees or settlement controls.
Moderation and enforcement
Kaide Market may reject listings, restrict accounts, suspend sellers, hold payouts, or request more information where platform rules, safety, or fraud controls require review.
Support and disputes
Support tickets, messages, order records, delivery evidence, and ledger records may be used to resolve transaction issues.
