Does Protected Checkout cost extra?

Yes, Protected Checkout carries a small escrow transaction fee that is calculated during checkout. This fee covers our manual dispute resolution, secure payment custody, and the platform escrow infrastructure.

How long are escrow funds held?

Escrow funds are held until you confirm receipt/satisfaction or until the default inspection timer expires (normally up to 3 days from marked delivery). This gives you ample time to check the product or service.

What if the seller doesn't deliver?

If a seller fails to ship or deliver your item within the agreed time frame, and fails to respond, you can raise a support request or open a formal dispute. Our team will verify the delay and refund your money directly to your original source of payment.
